Western Sydney Public Transport Inquiry

Thanks for supporting the community campaign to restore train services to City Circle from the Lidcombe – Bankstown – Liverpool area and for future transport in the West of Bankstown.

We have a petition (online and printable) at www.WesternSydneyPublicTransport.org for theNSW Parliament Inquiry into the current and future transport needs of Western Sydney.

We need your help in sharing the www.WesternSydneyPublicTransport.org petition with your neighbours, friends, and family to help us in the fight to improve our Sydney Trains services.

Some of our key objectives include restoration of direct trains to City Circle for ALL stations in the West of Bankstown; restoration of express trains at Lidcombe, Granville, Liverpool; and extension of the South West Rail Link from Leppington to Western Sydney Airport.

We need your help also to VOLUNTEER outside local train stations with collecting petition signatures, hand out flyers, and encourage the lodgement of submissions for the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into the current & future public transport needs in Western Sydney.

Please consider donating time to help support our community’s public transport services. We are organising street tables (in September) outside train stations in the West of Bankstown area (between Lidcombe – Bankstown – Liverpool).

Even if you can help just for an hour in the morning or afternoon, your support is greatly appreciated.

To express your interest as a Volunteer, please complete the form at https://forms.gle/shEWoUUWvYi8FYk69 and we will be in touch with final times and locations closer to date.

This petition is from the Restore Inner West Line & Save T3 Bankstown Line community action group.
